Unemployment in the state of Colorado increased by 0.2 percentage points in March 2010, but is still way below the U.S. unemployment rate of 9.7%.
The state of Florida added jobs in a month for the first time since November 2007. In February 2010, Florida gained 26,000 non-farm payroll jobs. However, the unemployment rate crept higher.
